Counter & Front of House

Benefits: $18/hour + shared tip pool, employee meal and 20% discount on all store items

No super early morning or late nights! Weekend availability is strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with ordering and food pickup

• Provide warm, friendly, and hospitable service to customers, vendors, and teammates

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment

• Restock and merchandise the retail section

• Package and label prepared foods and Day Boat Cafe–branded products

Desired Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in food and hospitality

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs from the floor

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
