We’re Anna & Kelsey, nice to meet you!

We’re so excited to welcome you to Day Boat Cafe - our love letter to the people, flavors, and hardworking spirit of midcoast Maine, inspired by Waldoboro’s historic working waterfront. 

In our past lives we’ve been bartenders, private chefs, whole animal butchers, summer camp cooks, business consultants, dishwashers, line cooks, estate managers, and everything in between. We love good, thoughtfully prepared food shared with our friends and neighbors.
