Lead Prep & Line Cook
Full Time and Part Time positions available
Benefits: $18/hour + shared tip pool, employee meal and 20% discount on all store items
No super early morning or late nights! Weekend availability is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment
Assist with prep work (washing, chopping, slicing, portioning, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen and workstation
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to management
Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation
Work efficiently with a sense of urgency during busy service periods
Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas
Desired Qualifications
Previous professional kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but not required
Strong interest in cooking and willingness to learn
Understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
Excellent time management and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
